The Twins are indeed giving us nearly identical data for 2 consecutive days.  So how do we choose? In this chodesh we are showing you the options so that you can meditate and comment on what you think is the best choice. We believe there is scripture to support both options. However, if pressed to choose, at this point in our journey we believe June 23rd conforms to the design of the other chodeshim, criteria which is looking for the closest the sun is to the meridian. But in the book of Matthew, we read chapter 20:16 “So the last will be first, and the first will be last.”  What is true is that there are 2 choices. We believe the stars in the evening BEFORE the day(light) are key to helping us discover the Rosh chodesh. The lights in the heavens are for signs, and moed (מוֹעֵד). This is a journey of rediscovery. We will continue to search and update our research so that you can follow along as we relearn and return to the ancient path. It might  take a few years of consistent data to figure this out. We believe it is worth the time and a joy when we search the heavens.
